Romaniv brings together people who cook at home and share practical knowledge from their own kitchens. These are our current core contributors; their descriptions reflect their role, not a claim to a professional culinary or medical qualification.
Fatima Lafkiri — owner and editor
Fatima owns Romaniv and oversees its editorial work. She has years of home-cooking experience, tests recipes before publishing them and contributes original recipes and photographs. She coordinates contributions and corrections and is the contact for publishing and rights questions.
Sofia — home cooking in Italy
Sofia contributes experience with Italian home cooking, family dishes and traditional recipes. She prefers to be identified by her first name and does not publish a portrait. Her privacy does not change the responsibility we take for material published on Romaniv.
Maria — home cooking in Germany
Maria contributes experience with German home cooking, family meals and traditional dishes. She also prefers first-name attribution without a public portrait. Contributions are reviewed in the relevant publication language.
The Romaniv team
Other collaborators may help with recipes, language review, photographs and editing. “Romaniv team” identifies a collaborative editorial contribution; it is not a fictional chef. Individual credits are included where appropriate and agreed with the contributor. Editing or translation does not transfer authorship of someone else’s original work.
