Most Romaniv recipes and photographs are original work created for our publication. Some work also appears on social accounts or other websites used by its creator. Publication in more than one place does not by itself establish that the work was copied without permission.
Authorised contributions
A smaller part of our collection comes from people who authorise publication through email or platform messages. We keep records of the relevant permission and use material within its agreed scope. Permission to use a photograph is separate from authorship of a recipe; an editor or translator should not be credited as the original creator merely for adapting the wording.
Credits and references
Where outside work contributes materially to an article, attribution should identify it appropriately and respect the agreed credit. An outside factual reference should support the specific point being made. External links are included for context or further information, not to suggest that another organisation endorses Romaniv.
Requests to reuse our work
Contact contact@romaniv.online with the material you want to use, the intended location and the form of reuse. Sharing a link is welcome. Do not assume that downloading an image or finding it on social media gives permission to republish it. Rights remain with the relevant rights holder.
Reporting a rights concern
Send the Romaniv page address, identify your original work and explain the concern to contact@romaniv.online. Include enough information to allow a meaningful review, without unnecessary identity documents. We investigate and, where appropriate, correct credits, clarify permission or remove the disputed material. Our editorial standards cover corrections and our contributors page identifies the core team.
